Deep Soft Tissue, Remedial and Sports Massage

Soft tissue therapy is a collective term for the treatment of superficial soft tissues. Common techniques include deep tissue massage, friction, myofascial and trigger point release. We believe we have some of the most experienced soft tissues therapists around and some have worked within International and premiership football level and understand how to adapt the techniques to meet our clients goals. For example, excessively deep techniques may not be suitable if you are just about to start a day’s work or take part in a sporting event. All clients are treated as individuals and your preferences as to the depth of the massage and the techniques used can be discussed with our therapists. You do not have to be a sports person to have a deep soft tissue massage and many of our clients are not into sport but just enjoy a good loosen up to keep them at there best day to day.

Deep Soft Tissue, Remedial and Sports Massage

Notably, you do not need to be a sportsperson to receive a massage and many of our clients utilise this service for ongoing maintenance, stress-relief and performance-enhancement reasons.

Sophie Richardson is our clinic’s lead soft tissue therapist and has worked also as the England women’s national football team’s soft tissue therapist and sets the standard of care expected from all our massage therapists via in-house tutorials, lectures and training.
